Terms And Conditions

General

The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website (www.cabinetmeisters.com) (the “Site”) and are legally binding. By accessing or using this Site, including purchasing cabinets, countertops, or related materials, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site or any of the information contained herein.

Cabinet Meisters LLC (“Cabinet Meisters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides users (“you,” “customer,” or “the User”) access to our content, resources, e-commerce platform, and other services through our Site (the “Service”). Your use of the Site and Services is subject to these Terms of Service.
These Terms supersede any verbal or written information provided by a Cabinet Meisters LLC team member, as well as any assurances made by third parties such as shipping companies or countertop fabricators/installers, unless explicitly approved in writing by Cabinet Meisters LLC management.

This Site and our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. If you are under 18 or reside outside the United States, please leave this Site. If you choose to access this Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that we only ship within the United States, and it is your responsibility to arrange for any international shipping.

By continuing to use this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Order Processing & Payment
- All orders from Cabinet Meisters LLC accepted Online Only
- Full Payment is required before an order will be processed. (This includes backorders and approved written add-ons).
- Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal.
- Once the order is in process, no changes can be made. Additional items can be processed online as a new order.
- Shipped Order Lead Time:
  - Express Advantage shipping is available for all flat pack orders and will ship within 3 full business days.
  - Assembled orders are processed and shipped within 15 full business days.
- Warehouse Pickup Order Lead Time:
  - Flat pack warehouse pickup orders are processed and made available for pickup within 3 full business days.
  - Assembled warehouse pickup orders are processed and made available for pickup within 15 full business days.
- Rush Advantage Orders:
  - Rush processing is available for flat pack orders ONLY for an additional fee, subject to total item quantity review.
  - Same-day warehouse pickup is available for flat pack orders placed by 12:00 PM.
  - Rush Advantage is unavailable for assembly orders and discontinued lines. Combined orders are subject to a refund of the rush fee.
  - Rush Advantage must be selected at the time of checkout.
- “Day One” starts on the NEXT full business day after the order is placed.
- Cancellations after the order is picked will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
- Cancellations made after an order has been loaded onto a carrier’s truck, or picked up, are subject to a 40% restocking/processing fee.
Assembly
- Assembly is available for warehouse pickup and freight shipped orders (from select warehouses) for additional labor and shipping fees as calculated by the website
Shipping & Delivery
- All LTL freight orders are packaged in individual boxes, placed on a pallet, shrink-wrapped, and strapped.
- All LTL freight shipping charges are calculated online at the time of checkout.
- Cabinet Meisters LLC reserves the right to fulfill orders between multiple shipments from different distribution facilities, without prior notification to the customer and with no additional cost applied.
- If a customer requests changes to their selected shipping method after checkout, additional charges may apply.
- All cabinetry is supplied by various third-party manufacturers and locations. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee shipment or delivery timelines and are not responsible for any delays or issues that may impact the timing or completion of related items. This applies whether the affected items are part of the same order or separate orders.
LTL Shipping
- Standard transit time with LTL carriers is 2-5 business days. Residential deliveries and those requiring an appointment may require an extra day.
- Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed online. Orders exceeding standard LTL sizes are subject to additional fees for Full Truckload shipping.
- Tracking numbers will be provided by email the day after the order has shipped.
- All destinations must be tractor/trailer accessible, or Limited Access fees ($100) will apply.
- For residential deliveries and scheduled appointments, the freight company will contact you 24 hours in advance.
- Shipping charges cover ONE delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling charges for failed deliveries.
Taxes
- Taxes will automatically be charged on applicable orders. Tax-exempt customers must provide verification and assume responsibility for sales tax compliance.
Purchases
- All sales are final. Review orders carefully before checkout.
- Cabinet styles are identified using marketing names by Cabinet Meisters LLC, which may differ from manufacturer packaging.
- Ordering samples is highly recommended. Colors and textures may differ from online images.
- Customers must verify product specifications before purchase. We recommend working with a professional for cabinetry dimensions.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local/state building codes and permits.
LTL Delivery Policies
- The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for lift gate deliveries.
- Delivery classification is based on city zoning. Commercial properties in residential zones will be subject to residential fees.
- A responsible party must inspect, inventory, and sign for deliveries.
- Any discrepancies in pallet count or damage must be noted on the driver’s receipt.
Warehouse Pickup Orders
- Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of notification.
- Storage fees apply after 10 business days ($50/day, maxing out at $500 after two weeks).
- Unclaimed orders after five weeks will be restocked and refunded minus fees.
- Warehouse pickup orders are not palletized, wrapped, or strapped for shipping unless pre-approved for an additional fee.
- Cabinet Meisters LLC will not assist in loading pickup orders unless pre-approved.
- Damage claims are not accepted for warehouse pickup orders transported by third-party services.
Replacements for Missing or Damaged Items
- Cabinet Meisters LLC has final determination for manufacturer warranty claims.
- Minor blemishes not affecting structural integrity do not warrant full cabinet replacements.
- Freight claims must be filed within 5 business days, with proper documentation.
- Claims require order number, buyer’s name, shipping address, item details, and photos of damage/packaging.
- Claims will be reviewed within 48 business hours. Replacements will be shipped within 24-48 hours
- Expedited shipping is NOT available for replacements.
- Missing or concealed damage must be reported within one week.
- Items that have been assembled or installed cannot be claimed as damaged.
- Cabinet Meisters LLC is not responsible for labor costs due to installation of damaged or flawed products.
- Do NOT reject damaged items. Accept delivery, document damage, and file a claim.
- Any product with visible damage at time of receipt needs to be noted on the Bill of Lading to be eligible for replacement with the Bill of Landing signed by the driver who will also issue an exception number. Please take pictures as soon as possible, preferably before the pallet is unloaded to show the entire pallet inside the truck, including any damage.
- In the event of a damaged product, pictures are REQUIRED before a replacement is issued.
- Please inspect all shipped items before filing a claim. One damage claim per shipment will be permitted. Claims submitted after you have assembled the cabinets cannot be honored.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
- All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment.
- Returns must be received within 20 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging. NO RETURNS ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS.
- No returns on trims, mouldings, fillers, panels, or sales tools.
- No returns on discontinued cabinet styles.
- Qualifying returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipment costs.
- Unsellable returned products will not receive credit.
- No returns on assembled cabinets.
- No returns on modified cabinets.
- No returns on hoods, trims, moldings, fillers or panels.
- No returns on accessories, all pull outs such as trash pull outs, spice pull outs, glide upgrades, etc.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cabinet Meisters LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any third-party claims relating to your purchase or use of our products.
Intellectual Property
- All content, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Cabinet Meisters LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- Cabinet Meisters LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product purchases.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Cabinet Meisters LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
